For procurement teams

How to work with us

Everything a buyer or contract officer needs to bring ECI onto a project.

  1. Send us your solicitation

RFPs, RFQs, RFOs and RFIs go to our bid team at bids@estradaci.com. When we respond, we usually include a working prototype built on public or sample data, so your evaluators can see the approach, not just read about it.

    Email the bid team

  2. Use California's small business option

ECI is a California Certified Small Business (Micro). State departments can use the Small Business and DVBE Option to contract with certified small businesses for eligible purchases, under the thresholds in the State Contracting Manual.

    Our certifications

  3. Team with us

We work as prime contractor or as a subcontractor on larger teams, and bring delivery staff, data and AI specialists and project leadership.

  4. Start with a conversation

Not ready for a solicitation? Tell us the problem. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit and what a first step could look like.
